Quickflow’s initial focus was to create bespoke software solutions tailored to the complex needs of the pharmaceutical sector. Their dedication and hard work paid off, earning them recognition and trust from key players in the industry.

As the years passed, Quickflow continued to evolve, adapting to the ever-changing technological landscape. In 2020, the world was hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, and the pharma industry faced unprecedented challenges. Rather than succumbing to adversity, the Quickflow team saw an opportunity to make a difference by digitizing and automating every single process in the pharma manufacturing process.

Recognizing the heightened need for digital solutions during the pandemic, Quickflow decided to pivot its business model. The team brainstormed and strategized, eventually concluding that offering a configurable platform with multiple Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products would be the key to providing flexible and scalable solutions to their clients.

Quickflow collaborated with experts in the pharma domain to understand the diverse needs of the industry, jot down the pain points and they meticulously integrated 17+ COTS products into their platform like UAM, LIMS, QMS, DMS, et al. The result was a versatile and user-friendly system that could be tailored to the specific requirements of different pharmaceutical companies, from research and development to manufacturing and distribution.

The revamped Quickflow platform garnered attention and interest from pharmaceutical giants and startups alike. The configurable nature of the system allowed companies to adapt swiftly to the challenges posed by the pandemic, ensuring seamless remote work, efficient supply chain management, and enhanced data security.

Quickflow’s journey from a startup focused on bespoke solutions to a dynamic platform offering configurable options was a testament to their resilience and ability to innovate in the face of adversity. As the world gradually recovered from the pandemic, Quickflow continued to be at the forefront of technological advancements in the pharmaceutical industry. Today, we have  stellar firms as our clients like – Mylan, Piramal, Concord and even government entities like Balma Lawrie. Over time, the services team separated to form Alchemy Technologies Pvt Ltd, leaving three thriving teams under Webosphere: Quickflow (Pharma), Cronos (Life Sciences), and Rewardix (FMCG). The life sciences team is now venturing into a new chapter with Webo Healthtech Pvt Ltd, poised for expansion across India and overseas in the upcoming years.
